We are a private equity firm focused on investing in countries of the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. In addition, we recently started investing in the USA, in Texas, in response to the opportunities we see appearing as a result of the global economic crisis. With a strong presence on the ground in our regions of operation, we take an active, hands-on role in the management of our funds’ investments. We select those companies most likely to succeed, and then give them every advantage to do so.

 

In the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, we actively engage governments to help them carry out the reforms necessary for economic growth and development. We leverage a strong infrastructure of local and Western talent to manage and improve our holdings, while working through our NGO, The Bleyzer Foundation, to help these countries in their transition to a market economy.
