SBF IV
SigmaBleyzer closed its fourth and most recent fund, SigmaBleyzer Southeast European Fund IV (SBF IV), in December 2006. SBF IV was 25% oversubscribed, reaching its cap of ˆ250 million. SBF IV is the largest private equity fund in Ukraine, and one of the largest in Southeastern Europe. The fund will acquire majority positions in the industries of Cable TV, Software Development, Health Care, Food & Beverages, among others.
